Booking & Scheduling Policy 🔵 Appointments and care services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed after consultation. Same-day or urgent requests are accommodated when possible. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 🔵 We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us support other families and our caregivers. Caregiver Assignment Policy 🔵 Caregivers are matched based on care needs, availability, and compatibility. While we aim for consistency, substitutions may occur when necessary. Payment & Billing Policy 🔵 Payment details and billing schedules are discussed and agreed upon before services begin.
