Caregiver Assignment Policy 🔵 Caregivers are matched based on care needs, availability, and compatibility. While we aim for consistency, substitutions may occur when necessary. Payment & Billing Policy 🔵 Payment details and billing schedules are discussed and agreed upon before services begin. Client Responsibilities 🔵 Clients and families are asked to provide accurate information, maintain a safe environment, and communicate changes promptly.
